A distant cry rang out loud to those nearest to the boundaries of southern Canada. A streak of gray and a flash of claws were the only things forest animals could see as two gray wolves fought with each other over a piece of poor land. Poor or not, however, did not matter. It was what was left in this filled forest.

Poor writing ^ But there to give an example of where and what wolves are here.
The RP takes place in the south Canada. You are limit to quite a few species of wolves: Grey wolves, Arctic Wolves, Timber Wolves, -- (If you know of more species of wolves that live in Canada, do tell me)

**The wolf pack's name is Dark Void wolf pack.

Rules:
1.) ALL Alacrity rules apply (board, thread, everything in general)
2.) Post minimum is 200 words. Your post will be overlooked if it is smaller than 200 words.
3.) Please avoid begging for a rank position: you will be rewarded a certain position in given time, so just be patient. There are also no guarantees. However, by all means, if you are INTERESTED in the rank, put something like "Interested in Beta, but is Omega" then please do so. I won't see it as begging, it'll give me a notice of what your wolf is aiming for.
4.) Please be creative with your history. Nothing like "All siblings and both parents died. Killed a wolf pack and is a loner". I don't mind that your wolf's parents died, but just be creative about it.
5.) If you do not provide a picture of your wolf, please give a good detailed paragraph of your wolf. Now, listen to this line, there is to be no unrealistic colors. I repeat, NO unrealistic colors. Or hairdo's. Wolves can have manes, but not "scene" hair or purple/rainbow fur. This counts for eyes, fur, paw pads, claws, etc. No crazy accessories either. This includes, but not limited to; Hats, human clothing, piercings, etc. Scars, knicks, missing ears, etc. are fine to an extent. (If your wolf is missing a leg, make sure it limps.)
6.) Be realistic. Really. No "He attacked and killed her instantly" This falls under god-moding, which is unacceptable. Take a few hits, don't be embarrassed. Your wolf is not the strongest.

Alpha Dam- Xelith

Alpha Sire-
The highest ranking wolves in the pack. They usually lead hunts, give orders, eat first, etc. They are also the top breeding pair, usually the ones producing pups. These wolves are usually the most respected of the pack.

Beta Dam-
Beta Sire-
The second highest ranked wolves, they will take over when the Alphas before them die. They are in charge when the Alphas are sick/other.

Subordinates-
Wolves that fight and hunt for the pack.

Sentinels-
Wolves that will regularly mark the territory to warn stranger wolves of the pack.

Omegas- Clover
Lowest ranking wolves in the pack. They are the last to feed (if anything is left), usually new wolves are put as this rank. These are wolves that are currently being tested by the Alpha's and watched closely. They are also the Pup Watchers of the pack.

Loners-
Wolves that have been kicked out or are currently trying to find/start a pack. **Please note that this is not a rank your wolf can keep forever. It either has to join the pack or eventually die. Wolves can not survive naturally on their own.

**for gender, I don't care whether you use bitch, dam, or female for female wolves. Same goes for stud, sire, and male. I prefer to avoid using the term "girl" or "boy".

NOTE** To make this realistic, if your wolf is not of the Alpha's blood (AKA: Not a pup of them), you'll ned to start as Omega and work your way up.

History) From the nostalgic days of a pup to her teen years, Xelith knew for a fact that her dream was to lead. Whether to lead the her family's pack or another, it was her strong ambition. Though her ambition was strong, she never let it power her over her family and friends. She had heard what wolves with too much ambition did and their consequences. Xelith has somewhat of a boring past. Just another wolf with a dream living in a pack that was peaceful, but also protective of it's territory.

His mother took him deep into the woods and off the packs territory. She told him to walk ahead. The next thing he knew she was gone. He was alone. He was almost dead when a kind old wolf found him and brought him to her pack. There he was raised as a alpha pup and made Beta rank. One day while on a hunting trip a wolf pack over took the camp and when he got back everyone was gone. Not wanting to live under the pack that had killed his he left to find a new pack. Extra?) None

Also, one last thing, on gender, you put "Sire". You've been revering to Clover as female, so I assume you meant to put Dam? Sire=male Dam=Female

Derp, she found it in the forest by a town and her mother lived in a zoo before they set her free. I didn't want to say that because I'm not RPing as the mom but her mom was injured and brought to a zoo until she healed and they tied things onto animals including her and she was able to do a slight imitation of that. And ranks are earned so she will be Omega but aiming for Beta or Alpha :D

History) I was left alone when my parents went out to hunt and never returned. I did hear what I learned later was gunshot and had to teach myself everything. I was a rogue for 2 and a half years, traveling constantly and staying in packs for limited amounts of times. I never found them right for me and am still looking for a fitful pack. Extra?) Wears a green bandanna her mom gave her before she died. Also, how many wolves can we have and will you create any?
